These terms govern your use of repairbox.my and set out the general basis on which Astora Events Sdn. Bhd. provides event management services. Specific projects are also governed by a separate written proposal and agreement.

The content here is provided for general information about our studio and services. You may browse and share it freely, but you may not copy our text, images or design for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any engagement begins only once we have issued a written proposal and you have accepted it. Quoted figures are estimates until confirmed in that proposal and may change if the scope changes.
4. Our responsibilities
We commit to planning and delivering your event with professional care and to the standard described in your agreement. Where third-party vendors are involved, we coordinate them diligently but their own terms may also apply to their portion of the work.
5. Your responsibilities
To deliver well, we rely on you providing accurate information, timely approvals and agreed payments. Delays in any of these may affect timelines, availability or cost, which we will always flag as early as we can.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
