Astora Events Sdn. Bhd. ("Astora Events", "we") is an event management studio based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are the party responsible for the personal data collected through repairbox.my and in the course of delivering our services.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run your event:
- Details you submit through our enquiry form — your name, email, mobile number and the notes you provide about your event.
- Correspondence you send us by email, phone or messaging apps.
- Basic, non-identifying analytics about how the website is used, where you have consented to cookies.
How we use it
Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver events you engage us for, and keep in touch about work in progress. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
To deliver an event, we may share necessary details with trusted vendors — such as a venue, caterer or AV partner — strictly for the purpose of your project. Every partner is expected to handle your information with the same care we do.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations under Malaysian law, after which the information is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, email us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
