Astora Events began in 2014 with a simple belief: guests feel a producer's care long before they can name it. A tighter run sheet, a clearer stage, a room that breathes — the details that read as effortless are the ones we obsess over.
We work as a single accountable team from Kuala Lumpur, coordinating venues, vendors and crew so you have one number to call and one plan everyone follows.

01 — Discovery
We unpack the objective, the guest list and the numbers, then agree on what success looks like on the night.
02 — Concept & budget
You receive a creative direction, a venue shortlist and a transparent budget with nothing hidden below the line.
03 — Production
We lock vendors, build the run sheet and manage every deposit, rehearsal and delivery in the weeks that follow.
04 — Event day
Our crew runs the floor so you can host. We handle the timing, the fixes and the quiet teardown afterwards.

Questions we hear often
How far ahead should we book?
For galas and launches, eight to twelve weeks gives us room to secure the best venues and rates. We do take shorter timelines and have delivered polished events in under three weeks when needed.
Do you only work in Kuala Lumpur?
We are based in KL but produce events nationwide, from Penang to Johor Bahru. Travel and logistics for out-of-Klang-Valley events are quoted transparently in your proposal.
Can you work within a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the ceiling and we will design to it, showing you exactly where every ringgit goes and where there is room to trade up or save.
Do you handle vendors and venues directly?
We do. You get a single point of contact while we manage caterers, AV, florists, entertainment and the venue as one coordinated team.
What happens on the event day itself?
Our crew arrives early, runs the setup against the run sheet and manages the floor through to teardown, so your team can be guests rather than coordinators.
